Return Policy:
Septic Solutions, Inc. will not accept any returns without prior
approval. If you have a product to be returned, you must call us
first at 217-925-5992. Products may be returned within 30 days of
invoiced date for a refund (excluding shipping/handling charges)
if returned within that 30 days in the original unopened box. There
will be no refunds on products that have been used. All returned
merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including
all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund,
credit, or replacement item. Should you choose a refund, we will
either credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method
of payment or mail you a refund check. Return shipping charges must
be prepaid and are not refundable. Any items returned or any orders
cancelled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus Septic Solutions'
original expenses for shipping and handling charges. If, for any
reason, this return policy is not strictly adhered to, Septic Solutions
will not be responsible for issuing any credits or refunds and will
not do so on any products returned for any reason. Returns and exchanges
are accepted only for items purchased from Septic Solutions, Inc.
and only with prior authorization in accordance with the conditions
set forth herein.
Filtrol 160 Limited Warranty:
The Filtrol 160 is warranted
to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for
one year from date of purchase. If the Filtrol 160 should fail during
one such year period, return it for a full refund or exchange. The
refund or exchange, at your choice, is the sole obligation of the
original manufacturer under this limited warranty. Septic
Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for any labor costs or shipping
charges. This limited warrant does not cover failure due to: improper
or faulty installation, abuse, neglect, damage incurred in shipping,
modification of the product, causes other than ordinary use, or
causes beyond Septic Solutions, Inc.'s control.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES
STATED HEREIN, SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT
ABILITIES AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL
SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES.
Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product
manufacturer. All products are warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase
unless otherwise specified on product information sheets. In no
event shall Septic Solutions be liable for any consequential damages
or any labor, material, freight or expense required to replace,
correct, or reinstall the product. Septic Solutions' liability is
limited to repair or replacement of the part. All warranties are
void if the product has been improperly modified, applied or installed,
subjected to misuse or abuse. Except as stated herein, there are
no warranties express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability
or warranty of fitness for a specific purpose. Please contact Septic
Solutions, Inc. prior to returning any merchandise for warranty
consideration.
Shipping Damages:
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton
and notify Septic Solutions, Inc. at once. Please do not return
damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions
to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to
file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the
carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Septic Solutions, Inc.
shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages.
